medium-dark coffee bean roast that's roasted between the first and
second cracks, at a temperature of 410–430°F. It's known for its
balanced flavor, body, and acidity, and is often recommended for most
coffees. Full city roasts are darker than city roasts, with a medium to
dark brown color and a glossy appearance from rising oils. They have a
muted acidity and notes of toasted sugar and caramel.
